Edgerton shuts out Parker in girls soccer


May 18—Edgerton scored six goals in the first half and went on to defeat visiting Janesville Parker 10-0 in a girls soccer match Monday afternoon.

Junior Sydney Pajerski made 16 saves in the first half, and Madeea Howkins had seven saves in the second half.

Vikings coach Jenna Rosienski said her team improved their midfield passing in the second half. She praised the play of sophomore forward Lizzie Falkenstein.

The Vikings play Madison Memorial at home today in Big Eight Conference play.
