Arsenal remained four points clear atop Group B in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday, as Mikel Arteta’s side dominated every facet of the game in a 2-0 victory over Sevilla.

Sevilla attempted just one shot in the game, one in which they trailed for just over an hour, as Arsenal had their way on both sides of the ball. With nine points from their first four games, the Gunners are just three more points away from winning the group and going into the round of 16 draw as one of eight seeded sides.
Leandro Trossard opened the scoring in the 29th minute, when Bukayo Saka found him at the back post with a teasing cross. It was a brilliant ball in behind the Sevilla defense that sprang Saka free inside the penalty area. First-time cross, first-time finish — simple, and silky, as that.
It took a while, but Arsenal finally got goal no. 2 in the 64th minute, and that would be more than enough. Saka did most of the work on the second goal, and this time he was the scorer. Gabriel Martinelli picked him out with a fantastic through ball on the right wing, but Saka still had lots of work to do, beating the defender inside before beating the goalkeeper to the far post.

Arsenal will win the group if they beat, and exact revenge on, Lens when the Ligue 1 sides visits north London on Nov. 29.
